At 50, I'm living proof that its never too late to take control of your health, rebuild strength, and feel unstoppable again.
MY STORY
I was born and raised in Scotland, where grit, tradition, and resilience shaped who I am. That foundation led me into the British Army, serving with 1st Battalion The Highlanders. Our cap badge carried the stag - a timeless symbol of strength, wisdom, and resilience that has stayed with me ever since.
LIFE ON THE ROAD
After my military service, I spent more than a decade as a professional driver. Long hours, poor nutrition, and limited movement caught up with me. By my late 40s, I was overweight, exhausted, and out of shape. I felt like my best days were behind me.
THE TURNING POINT
I knew something had to change. I committed to training with purpose, fueling my body with the right nutrition, and building a strategy that worked for the stage of life I was in - not the one I left behind 20 years earlier. The result? At 50, I became stronger, fitter, and more energized than I had ever been in my 30s.


Then: Overworked, overweight and out of shape.
Now: Stronger at 50 than I was at 30 - proof its never to late.
